Lyra Israel is looking to appoint permanent Clinical Consultants to provide high quality counselling and clinical case management services to our Workforce Mental Health (WFMH) international clients based in Israel. The primary objective of this role will be to provide short term telephonic counselling and case management of service users and ensure that the most effective and professional care is provided to our customer base.

The Licensed Therapist will work closely and effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, utilize evidence-based care modalities such as FBT and CBT-E, deliver evidence based treatment, provide quality documentation, and assess patients’ and families’ needs. To ensure continuity of care, Equip is committed to offering benefits that support long-term well-being and job satisfaction. Working hours are Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm.

Provide primary care behavioral health interventions including proactive patient identification, brief interventions via same-day Warm Hand Offs, scheduled patient follow-ups, consultation to all care team members, assessments, and crisis intervention. Participate in behavioral health case management as part of multi-disciplinary team to address complex patient needs appropriately.
